Salim is the founder of Knee Pain Australia and a passionate
physiotherapist with years of experience helping people recover from
sports and lower body injuries. He began his career as a sports trainer,
working closely with athletes and gaining hands-on experience with
injuries on and off the field. Over time, he focused more on physio and
found a special interest in knee injuries after partially tearing his own ACL
during training and successfully rehabbing it himself. While treating
clients in person and online, Salim noticed that those getting regular
support and guidance online were improving more than those just
coming in for one-off appointments. That realisation led him to start an
online physio service to help people all over Australia get the support
they need to recover properly. In his spare time, Salim enjoys playing
soccer, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and keeping fit through strength
training.

Ben is the co-founder of Knee Pain Australia and has had an extensive

A qualified sports trainer and nutritionist, he also developed high
remedial skills with his 1on1 clients.
It was this love of helping people move better, and learn how to manage
their injuries that brought him into the Knee space over the past 10
years,
Ben brings a wealth of experience to our team, including thousands of
clinical hours both in person and via online programming.
His attention to detail and skillsets allows him to provide customised
solutions for our patients.
Outside of his passion for helping people, Ben is a keen sportsperson, Golf
& Tennis, he’s a traveller, recently completing a lap of Australia with his
family in the caravan and in his spare time he loves getting into the
garden and home renovations.
